Exchange and Return Policy

First: Return or exchange conditions

A return or exchange request will be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Receiving a different product from the original order.

  • Defective product packaging or lack of demand.

Refunds or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

  • Open or use the product.

  • More than 7 days have passed since the request was received.

  • Cosmetic or skincare products that have been opened for health and safety reasons.

Second: Return and exchange period

  • A return or exchange request is available within 7 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was received.

III: Steps for a refund or exchange

  • Provide us with the order number and clear photos of the product (in case of damage or error).

  • The application will be reviewed and contacted within 2-3 business days.

IV: Shipping fees

  • If the fault is on our side (damage, wrong product), we are responsible for the full shipping fee.

  • In case of a return at the customer’s request, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fifth: How to get a refund

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used within 7 to 14 business days after the request is approved.

  • In case of cash on delivery, the wire transfer is done after coordination with the customer.
